IT’S HERE! The 2016 Miranda Bouldin STEM Scholarship Essay Contest!

HUNTSVILLE, AL – IT’S HERE! The Inspire and Achieve 2016 Miranda Bouldin STEM Scholarship Essay Contest and your chance to win a $1500 scholarship and a Dell laptop computer!

Congratulations on your decision to pursue higher education. This year you get to choose your own topic!

To apply for the 2016 Miranda Bouldin STEM scholarship, you must submit a minimum 500-word essay explaining any topic in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (S.T.E.M.) that you are passionate about. Graduating seniors from Madison, Limestone, Lawrence, and Morgan counties are eligible to apply. Applicants must have been accepted by an accredited 4-year college to pursue a STEM degree to be awarded the scholarship.

Essays will be evaluated based on the thesis, organization, support and development of ideas, insight into the subject, and clarity, style, and mechanics of the paper. At least ten essays will be selected for award. Winners will be announced no later than May 05, 2016. Each award winner and his guests will be invited to attend an award recipient reception at the LogiCore Corporate Headquarters to receive their award plaque and laptop computer!
