About Veronica Tucker

Veronica Tucker serves as the Executive Director for Inspire and Achieve. Veronica is responsible for leading all facets of Inspire and Achieve through fundraising, administration, marketing, and the implementation of programs that advance the organization's mission.

Prior to this appointment, Veronica was Director of Operations at St. Mark Baptist Church, where she managed its daily operations and 22 employees. She was responsible for growing revenue by 38% and leading two major capital improvement projects, both at the church and CDC. Before her tenure at St. Mark, Veronica served as Volunteer Center Director for United Way of Madison County, Alabama. In this role, she revitalized a volunteer program that had been non-existent and secured nearly 1,000 volunteers across 170 organizations during her first year. Additionally, she led United Way's free income tax preparation program in conjunction with Impact Alabama and AARP, which served more than 1,000 people annually and brought millions of dollars back to Madison County. Veronica also had stints in higher education.

Veronica is very active in the community. She has given of her time and talent to several organizations within the Madison County community and beyond. As such, Veronica was nominated as Young Professional of the Year in 2014 by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Premier Leadership Foundation.

Veronica received the Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena, Mississippi. She obtained the Master of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Management from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi.

Veronica is a native of Memphis, TN. She is the proud wife of Dr. Archie Tucker, II, and mother of two boys, Jordan and Austin.
